Drip irrigation systems, from design to commissioning

AgroSistem surveys the field, designs the system, supplies the equipment, installs it and hands it over running. One contractor, one point of responsibility.

Why AgroSistem

Proven in the field, not on a slide

Turnkey, one contractor
Survey, design, equipment, installation and commissioning are done by one team under one contract. You deal with one responsible party from the first call to the handover.
Designed for your field
Each system is calculated from the actual water source, plot geometry, crop and soil, not from a catalogue template. Pump, filtration and line sizing follow from that calculation.
Filtration and fertigation included
Our stations combine sand separation, disc filtration and fertiliser injection. Emitters stay clean and nutrients reach the root zone together with the water.
Commissioned and handed over running
We start the system and check pressure and flow across the field. Before we leave, we show your staff how to operate it and how to flush the filters.

Services

What we do

  1. Field survey and design

Water source and head, plot plan, crop and row spacing, soil. The result is a hydraulic layout and a bill of materials.

  2. Equipment supply

Pump unit, filtration station, fertigation assembly, mainline and manifold pipework, valves, drip lines and fittings — all matched to the design.

  3. Installation

Concrete pad and canopy for the station, pipework, laying out the lines across the field, electrical connection of the pump.

  4. Commissioning and support

Pressure and flow checks, the filter flushing routine, an operator briefing, and support by phone through the season.

Process

From the call to the first irrigation

  1. Call or message

We ask about the plot, the crop and the water source.

  2. Site visit

We measure the field and check the water source on site.

  3. Design and quotation

Layout, equipment list and price, for your approval.

  4. Supply and installation

The work is scheduled around your season.

  5. Commissioning and handover

The system runs and your team has been briefed.

About

We work across Uzbekistan

AgroSistem designs and installs turnkey drip irrigation systems for farms and agricultural enterprises in Uzbekistan. We are based in Tashkent and travel to the site for every project, from the first survey to the day the system is handed over.

We work with open-field row crops, orchards and vineyards, and we size each station to the water that is actually available on the plot: canal, well or reservoir.
